Put 2 or 4 pages on one sheet

  1. Go to Tools → Pages per sheet and choose the PDF.
  2. Pick 2 pages or 4 pages on each sheet, and A4 or Letter paper.
  3. Tap Save sheets. A 10-page file becomes 5 or 3 sheets.

Make a black and white copy

Black and white makes a greyscale copy, or pure black and white for text. Colour printing costs more, and the grey copy is often a smaller file too.

Add page numbers
